What is Motor Third Party Liability insurance?

This type of insurance is compulsory under the Law of Ukraine “On Mandatory Third Party Liability Insurance”.

Covered risks

Civil liability for damages caused to property, life or health of third parties by the accident that occurred on the fault of the driver of the insured vehicle.

Insured sum

According to the Law, the sum insured (liability limit) for damage caused to property of third parties, is set to the amount of 50.000 UAH per victim (up to 5 persons). Limit liability for damage caused to life and health of others is 100.000 UAH per victim.
